Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

2.00pm check in and 10.00am check out

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

A credit card (no debit cards) along with photo ID is required at check in.  At the discretion of management a cash bond maybe substituted in place of a credit card.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

For an additional fee

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

At time of booking

Q: What are the reception hours?

9.00 to 5.00 – Monday to Friday

9.00 to 12.00 Saturday

9.00 to 11.00 Sunday and public holidays
