Terms and Conditions

Reservations can be made via internet/on line booking systems or by calling + 61 7 5527 0300. Quotes and booking requests are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time. Any quotes given are an estimate only. The price of accommodation and dates specified are confirmed once the deposit is received. The person creating/altering a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.

Deposit
A deposit of $200 is required on booking placement. Booking is confirmed once payment is received. It will also indicate an acceptance of these booking conditions. No booking will be held unless deposit has been paid. If no deposit is received within 7 days the booking will automatically be cancelled from the system without notice.

Accommodation Payment
Final payment of the total tariff is payable on arrival or can be paid 14 days prior to the arrival date. Payment options are cash, cheque (for deposits only), money order, EFTPOS, visa, MasterCard, Amex is accepted. Pacific Views Resort bears no responsibility for monies paid to Travel Agents/Wholesalers until the funds are received into Pacific Views Trust Account.

Special Requests
Guests may place a special request but all special requests are subject to availability on the arrival date and demand at that time. We will endeavour to consider all requests but we are unable to
guarantee any such requests. Upon check in allocation is subject to availability on the arrival date and we will allocate the most appropriate room available at that time taking into account any special requests. If the most appropriate apartment allocated on the arrival date, is not accepted by the guest, an Exit cleaning charge will apply for a change of apartment/location.

Check In Requirements
Balance of accommodation is to be finalised on arrival. On Check in you will be required to complete a guest registration form. You will be required to leave credit card details as a form of security.
If credit card facility is not available a cash bond ($200.00) will be required to be paid and inspection of the unit prior to departure.

Any outstanding amounts at time of departure will be charged to nominated credit card on file.
Late Arrivals are required to check in at Reception the very next day for the purposes of registration.

It is a condition of your occupancy that the owners of the premises are not liable for damage to or loss of property, which the occupier or his/her guests may bring on the premises. Any damage or replacement items to the property will be at guest expense. Guests are responsible for the security of their apartment at all times during their stay.

Loss of Keys/Security Fob
Charges apply for lost or misplaced Keys plus Security cards (white)/Grey fob, and will be replaced at the expense of the guest.

On departure we ask that all guests secure their unit and that all rubbish be removed, dishes are placed in the dishwasher, and the apartment be left in a neat/tidy condition.
Management reserves the right to assess if an extra cleaning charge of $60 will be incurred for apartments left in unsatisfactory condition.

Cancellations
If a booking should cancel LESS than 14 days prior to planned arrival date there will be NO REFUND.
If a booking should cancel 14 days or more prior to the planned arrival date, there will be a REFUND less an administration fee of $50.00

If a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be NO Refund unless allocated dates can be resold for the total period of the original booking.

Rate Alterations
Prices are based on current tariffs and are subject to change.
3 night minimum stay applies. A Higher daily rate will apply for length of stay for 2 days or less. Rates are listed in $AUS only and are inclusive of GST.

Pacific Views Resort reserves the right to change or cancel a booking at any time up to or including day of departure, even if final balance has been paid. Apartments within Pacific Views Resorts are all Privately Owned; therefore booking status can change at any given time due to owner request.

Accommodation
Accommodation is sold at self-contained. Every effort is made to ensure that the description of the facilities and services of the complex is accurate, however these are continually being changed/maintained and on occasion taken out of service. Pacific Views Resort can not be held liable for these changes whether temporary or permanent. Please note the information in the brochure may have changed since publication.

Property room photos may not be specific to the actual room allocated. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types. Apartments are all individually furnished to individual tastes of the apartment owner.

Not Included in Tariff
Hire equipment (e.g. cots, high chairs) Charges apply and will be placed on room charge.
Continuous supply of provisions, extra linen/towels, fax/phone calls,
tour bookings can be arranged with Reception but charges apply.

Complaints
Complaints must be received in writing with 14 days of departure date or they will be deemed invalid.

Lost Property
Any items found in the apartment left by guests will be retained for 7 days from the departure date.
After this time items will be disposed of. Request for return of items will be at guest’s expense.

Responsibility
Pacific Views Resort can book tours as agents on behalf of their services and shall not be liable under any circumstances for any failure by those service providers. All coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the service providers.

Pacific Views Resorts strongly recommend Travel Insurance. We suggest it should include Loss or Damage to personal baggage and loss of money and medical expenses.
