Welcome to Pacific Views Resort. By booking with us or staying at our Main Beach apartments, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please take a moment to review them—these terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and what you can expect during your stay.
Cancellation & Payment Policies
Standard Cancellation
Cancellations or modifications made up to 14 days before arrival incur no fee. If cancelled, modified within 14 days, or in the case of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
Prepayment
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Seasonal Deposit
For School Holidays, Easter, Christmas/New Year, Special Events, and gazetted long weekends, one night’s tariff is required as a deposit. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Seasonal Cancellation Policy
Off-peak bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival free of charge. Peak season bookings may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival free of charge.
General Terms
Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
Changes to Bookings
Please contact reservations during office hours or by email. We will do our best to assist, however changes cannot be guaranteed.
Arrivals & Departures
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-outs may incur fees. Please note that we do not accept arrivals or departures on Christmas Day. Guests arriving after hours will find their keys in a secure key safe at the property, however advance notice of at least 24 hours is required so that access details can be provided.
Check-In Requirements
Credit Card
A valid Visa or Mastercard belonging to the registered guest must be presented at check-in. Amex and Diners cards are not accepted. A pre-authorisation of $200 will be held to cover incidentals, and further charges may apply if this amount is insufficient.
Photo ID
Photo identification matching the booking name must also be presented. A copy of this ID may be retained to prevent fraudulent use and for verification purposes.
Minimum Age
The guest registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age.
Resort Policies
Non-Smoking
Pacific Views Resort is a non-smoking property with zero tolerance for smoking inside apartments. Breaches will result in eviction without refund and an additional cleaning fee.
Housekeeping
For bookings of 8 nights or more, a mid-week service will be provided.
Disturbances
Any disturbance requiring an after-hours management callout will incur a $150 fee. Noise disturbances, parties, or underage drinking will result in immediate eviction without refund and police will be notified. Throwing objects from balconies is strictly prohibited, may cause serious harm, and will result in eviction and possible prosecution.
Damage & Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment. Excessive cleaning required upon departure will also be charged to the guest account.
Special Conditions
Schoolies
Pacific Views Resort does not accept Schoolies or university leaver bookings. Reservations during this period will not be honoured.

Pacific Views Resort accepts no liability for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
